Project Overview
The request for this employee gift was part of a larger Internal Communications project that coincided with Article’s 2021 Black Friday Sale. This time of year is one of the busiest for employees and there was a need to highlight and celebrate all the hard work completed by employees throughout 2021. With many people working remotely, Article wanted to create a shared sense of purpose around Black Friday and build excitement, engagement, and connection. Also, to recognize how different teams contribute and show appreciation.
Design
The concept behind this design showcases the Article experience from website order to delivery, this not only tells the story of how customers experience Article, but also how all Article employees are connected throughout this process. Utilising brand illustration assets and colours reinforce the branding and adds to an existing catalogue of internal Article employee merchandise/apparel.
