Project Overview
At Article, there was a need for customer care agents to create a more remarkable customer service experience by demonstrating genuine care for the customer. It was requested to create a branded postcard that agents could use to write handwritten messages to customers and send directly through the mail.
Design
The design for this is simple with a clear, friendly message. Using Article brand illustration assets helps customers connect with who Article is and the minimal branding leaves room for personalization by the customer care agent.
